Our standard turnaround time for delivering your photos and/or videos is approximately 8 - 12 weeks. This timeline allows us to meticulously process, edit, and perfect your images and footage to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. Rest assured, every effort is made to deliver your cherished memories as soon as possible without compromising on the artistic integrity that defines our work.
Q: What is the payment schedule for booking wedding photography and/or videography services with Willows&Wolves?
A: At Willows&Wolves, we strive to make booking our wedding videography and photography services as seamless as possible. Our payment schedule is structured to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind. Upon signing the contract, a deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure your date. The remaining 75% will be spread out equally in installments up until your wedding date, allowing you to manage payments more easily. The final payment is due one week prior to your wedding. This structured payment plan ensures that everything is in place well in advance, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day without any financial stress.
